Spartan II - designed for RTM Lite

GlasCraft's Spartan II proportioner is precision engineered for low pressure injection of polyester and vinyl ester resin systems.  The revolutionary design of this proportioner allows the user to custom configure the system to meet the specifics of the job while easily being upgraded in the field.

Some of the features of the Spartan II that make it the industry standard for RTM Lite are:

• Accu-Pressure active sensor: This is the key to RTM Lite success and is located on the dispense head on the Spartan II system.  This feature eliminates the problem of over-pressuring the mold and therefore guarantees a quick and efficient fill without any need for opening the mold before the injection is complete.
• The Spartan II also adds a stroke counter for improved measurement.

Other features of the Spartan II family of systems include:

• The Spartan Dispense Head is designed to deliver a complete mix and is easy to use and to operate.

• SSP Catalyst Slave Pump has all stainless-steel construction, with a catalyst range from 0.5% to 4.5%.
