Spartan II Deluxe - designed for automated RTM Lite

The Spartan II Deluxe allows for automatic injection to take place. Instead of an operator having to hold the injection gun in the mold sprue, the Magic Bullet Remote Injection Port can be used. This frees the operator for other tasks while the mold is filling.
Operation is simple:
- The operator enters the number of pump strokes required to fill the mold and touches the start button.
- The machine automatically opens the Magic Bullet remote injection port and the pumps begin to stroke.
- When the programmed number of strokes has been injected in the mold, the pump automatically stops and the Magic Bullet valve closes.
Optional extended hose lengths, inline heater, and Cart, Mast, and Boom mounting provides even further flexibility to the Spartan II Deluxe system in being able be configured to suit your specific needs!
