GlasCraft's Multi-Color Gel Coat (MCG) System has been designed to provide manufacturers with all the durability and modularity of a standard Gel Coat System while allowing operators to feed a multitude of fluid sections. This allows for greater efficiency in FRP operations that require numerous colors or continuous color change.
The quick, efficient color change of the MCG eliminates a significant amount of material waste in such operations.
The GlasCraft MCG can be outfitted with gun technology that takes advantage of GlasCraft's exclusive Air Assist Containment (AAC) technology for even greater material transfer efficiency. AAC delivers a containment "curtain of air" so that the impinging stream is highly controlled and the resulting spray pattern enhanced and defined.
The MCG also makes use of the GlasCraft model SP-85 catalyst slave pump and the industry leading 11:1 ratio material pump.
Each system comes complete with air manifold, hoses, kits, and user manuals.
