Resin/Chopper Systems

GlasCraft's fiberglass resin dispense and chopper systems are engineered for outstanding performance and durability. Our fiberglass systems are therefore highly economical to own and operate. They are designed with fewer wear parts than other manufacturers which translate into reduced service expenses and less revenue lost to downtime.

GlasCraft dispense systems have a lower total cost of operation over the equipment life-cycle than any other commercially available system.

Our internal mix spray guns have been proven to spray polyester resin at the lowest levels of styrene emission of any guns available in the indusrty. GlasCraft's multi-port impingement technology utilizes a third column of resin delivery intersecting in the center of the two outside columns to provide a stabilizing influence to the spray pattern.

GlasCraft-exclusive multi-port impingement technology allows GlasCraft guns to deliver the most consistent, uniform dispense pattern available in the industry today while generating minimal emissions!

Resin Pumps
Our extremely reliable low maintenance pump utilizes pneumatic signal valves to reverse the air motor and direction of travel - not mechanical spools and trip rods as offered by the competition. This allows you to maintain a perfect spray pattern at the lowest possible spray pressure. Triple lip spring loaded seals in the fluid section, and hardened cylinders seats and valves provide long wear life. Our innovative quick-change seal design makes pump maintenance fast and easy.

Catalyst Pumps
We construct the catalyst pump completely from stainless steel for durability and longer wear life. We also integrate an infinite versus incremental ratio-settings feature to select the required percentage of catalyst. The pump will run at any desired catalyst percentage without the hassle of constant adjustments. This provides maximum flexibility in all operating conditions.

Fiberglass Cutters
Our cutters are exceptionally quiet. GlasCraft's unique cutter maintains 100% torque to the air motor for unchallenged high or low fiber output. This provides the flexibility to pull multiple strands of fiber from long distances, which is often the case in today's larger operations.
