The Guardian IP-Series is a high performance dispensing system for polyurethane foam, adhesives, and elastomeric coatings specifically designed for In-Plant applications. Its compact, portable design fits through standard doorways and is easy to maneuver within the plant.

Options available for the Guardian IP systems include the Delayed Air Purge and Dispense Cycle counter. Additional information on these options can be located on the right hand tool bar.

GlasCraft's fluid pumps are 200% to 400% larger than the competition. This results in 50% to 75% less pump strokes to dispense the same amount of material. Reduced pump cycles means less wear & tear on the seals resulting in reduced maintenance costs, less downtime and longer pump life.

The Guardian IP-Series is available in a number of configurations, including both low- and high-pressure and low- and high-heat models. In general, the A5-Series is best suited to Spray Foam applications and the A6-Series is suitable for both Spray Foam and Polyurea Coatings applications. Guardian IP systems are available in the following models:

A5-3000 IP

• 1600psi (108 bar) maximum pressure with 3000 high efficiency heaters
• Common uses for the Guardian A5-3000 IP include foam packaging & foam-in-place applications.

A5-6000 IP

• 1600psi (108 bar) maximum pressure with 6000 high efficiency heaters
• The larger 6000 heaters provides for higher temperature & increased volume dispensing.
• Common uses for the Guardian A5-6000 IP include spray foam insulation, foam injection / pour, and applying adhesives

A6-6000 IP

• 3000psi (190 bar) maximum pressure with 6000 high efficiency heaters
• The higher pressure capability of the A6 allows for dispensing polyurea and urethane protective coatings.
• Common uses for the Guardian A6-6000 include high pressure spray-on bed liners, spraying over foam or eps, and architectural coatings.

A6-12000 IP

• 3000psi (190 bar) maximum pressure with 12000 high output heaters
• The larger 12000 heaters provides for higher ∆T & increased volume dispensing.
• Common uses for the Guardian A6-12000 IP include protective coatings for railcars, heavy equipment, and industrial equipment.

• The Guardian IP-Series supports hose lengths up to 200 feet (64m).
• New, optional Iso piston lubrication system circulates pump lubricants in a sealed environment, providing longer seal life and further reducing scheduled maintenance.
• High volume, high temperature heaters deliver a total of 3000, 6000 or 12,000 watts of primary heat. These heaters are powerful enough to reach set-point temperature quickly and accurately. Each heater is independently controlled which allows you to run different
• Factory set Over-Pressure and Over-Temperature shut-down safety systems.
• Stroke Counter to track material usage (24 cycles = 1 gallon).
