GlasCraft understands the importance of both initial product quality and long-term equipment performance, robustness, and longevity. In both the design of the equipment we manufacture and the processes that deliver and support that equipment, we keep the concept of 'quality first' at work. GlasCraft was the first supplier in the industry to achieve ISO-9001 certification. Our Quality Management System (QMS) was audited and approved for registration in 1995 to the ISO-9001:1994 standards.
In addition, GlasCraft was awarded the State of Indiana Quality Improvement Award in 1996, partially as a result of being one of the first manufacturing companies in Indiana to achieve ISO registration.
In 2003, the ISO registration for GlasCraft was upgraded from the ISO-9001:1994 standards to the ISO-9001:2000 standards.
